Illinois Supreme Court Denies Sprint's Petition to Appeal

iPCS, Inc. today announced that the Supreme Court of Illinois has refused to hear Sprint Nextel's (S:Sprint Nextel Corporation appeal of a ruling by the Appellate Court of Illinois issued in March of 2008.

The Appellate Court ruling unanimously upheld the 2006 ruling of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois that required Sprint to cease owning, operating, and managing the Nextel wireless network in iPCS Wireless's territory.

from the Associated Press - "An Illinois judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to halt Sprint Nextel Corp.'s plan to create a next-generation wireless network.  Cook County Judge Kathleen M. Pantle on Monday denied Sprint's motion to dismiss or stay the lawsuit filed in May by affiliate iPCS Inc. of Schaumburg, Ill."

Sprint Nextel Customer Satisfaction Called Me Today

Can you believe a freaking Sprint Nextel employee calls me about "my" customer Satisfaction with Sprint?
 
I lost my religion on the phone and explicitly told him what I thought of Sprint (and Nextel) and where he could put his customer satisfaction survey. He probably didn't, if he did then I imagine it hurts when he sits down.
 
Of all the unmitigated gall. This just steels my resolve to keep coming at Sprint hard and heavy. Bet on that...
 
As of the 15th of August this website has been online 3 months, I am still digging in and preparing my continued campaign against Sprint.

Sprint Still Dead Last in Customer Care According to JD Power and Associates

"Improving the customer experience remains a No. 1 priority for Sprint Nextel. That’s not exactly where the wireless company ranked, however, in the latest customer care analysis from J.D. Power and Associates.  Sprint came in last, below the industry average."

Sprint Extends Yet Another Contract Without Permission

"Sprint signed David up for a two-year contract without permission after he transferred his service between a Motorola RAZR 2 and a Sanyo 8400. David owned both phones when he made the transfer last month, long after his contract had expired."
