...is absolutely the best thing I've read in a long time! I've been getting screwed by Sprint for years. I stay with them because compared to other carriers I'm getting the best bang for the buck service wise, but their customer service is horrible. I can't tell you how much time and money I've wasted trying to take advantage of their so-called rebates.
Something I've learned that I would like to educate the public on...stop signing and renewing service agreements! If you want a new phone, just buy an unlocked clear ESN version online from a place like eBay and just do a transfer of service to the new phone! You don't have to sign a contract that way and you remail able to drop sprint at a monents notice if you choose to and not have to deal with ETS! Wish more people were aware of this workaround. maybe you can tell them on your site ;-)
Anyway, love the site and keep it up for all of us customers who are just plain "fed-up" with all of Sprint's BS!
